Pk’s - Carbondale

PK's is my favorite bar in Southern Illinois. The staff is friendly, the drinks are strong, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the location in Carbondale is fantastic. Mama Pang serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays, and my personal favorite dish is the Italian beef—it's juicy and incredibly delicious! My partner ordered a tasty burger cooked medium-rare, cooked just right. I opted for a Coke with lime, but I have to say, their drinks are truly exceptional!

What an interesting mix of people! This is a fantastic dive bar with amazing music. Lung Darts and Death Memphis are playing tonight (as shown in the picture)! Highly recommended, 5 stars! Keep rocking!

It has the essence of youthful energy. You can find that phrase scrawled on the walls. It’s an amazing spot, especially when the atmosphere is just right.

The bartender was friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. However, we did come across a half-eaten can of tuna next to one of the gambling machines. We're not sure if this is one of their signature dishes, as we didn't order any food or look at the menu.
