La Unica Bakery - Carbondale

I'm coming. Many Guatemalan pastries, from dry / crumb to damp empire. They have both traditional and baked flan. Your Jalapeño bread is a regional rarity. Imagine a 9-inch French bread roll filled with a mixture of cream cheese and jalapeño slices. Tear it in two and eat from the insides to the ends.

Amazing desserts. Great prices too. Parking is a bit complicated, but it's worth it. There are also beautiful art around these buildings! This place is very special to me!

This is truly a hidden gem. Fresh baked breads, cakes, cookies, and even some other surprises. I always stop for goodies when I'm in Carbondale. Prices are VERY good. Stop in you won't be disappointed.

A decent selection. The lady who helped us was nice and answered my questions. The price was great.
