Great restaurant: excellent food and very tasteful decoration. A mix of Italy and France in the heart of Carbondale - absolutely worth a stop! Very good service and an exhausting affordable wine list.

5 star food in Carbondale. Peaceful ambience, wonderful staff and incredible tasting! This is a place I like to eat friends and family for a few drinks and beautiful evening. I recommend Allegria to stop all visitors or all locals who have not taken the time for a meal.

The new owner of Allegria has transformed it into a more demanding and cozy warm restaurant. We appreciate the presence of the owner and his attention to all facets of his company. In particular, we love its European inspired menu and its wine selection. His food was consistently excellent and we cannot be without it.

Wrong little jewel of a restaurant! Every dish that came out was better than that before and the owner was incredibly friendly and friendly. recommend the Oysters Rockefeller and do not skip the dessert. It was a decent ride from Snowmass, but make the trip and you won't regret it.

This one is one of the best meals I've had out in a very long time. The homemade lasagna was rich with expensive and flavorful cheese rather than motz, the whole snapper was super garlicky and definitely a two-person portion. More importantly, the servers here are highly experienced industry lifers, there's hardly any of these people left. It was a pleasure to be taken care of at that level.
