Nice dining room. Good anti pasti (seems to be a given in Abruzzo. Very nice Montepulciano d 'Abruzzo Excellent pasta. Delightful waitress, who also works in the hotel, who 's very jolly and shouts Prego! at you a lot.

Lovely place having been updated from the original hotel restaurant. Now has good background music, pleasant surroundings with ambient lighting. Good quality food and wines. Excellent host and service. Espresso with a dash of sambucca who knew!

We went here for dinner really liked the food the restaurant is a bit hidden from the street, so you have to know where to go. Good selection and both our pasta as well as the grilled provolone was very good. The dishes on the other tables looked good as well.

Una piacevole sorpresa...siamo stati qui due volte in due giorni, cibo eccellente, ingredienti di qualità e persone gentili...se ritorno qui, sicuramente lo raccomando!

Siamo venuti per la prima volta in questo ristorante (siamo a Roma) nell'agosto 2021 e ci siamo innamorati! Cortesia, attenzione e una cucina che ti fa sognare con tutti i loro sapori! Siamo tornati a Caramanico Terme ieri solo per andare a mangiare da loro! Hanno ritoccato il menu (che varia anche in base alla stagionalità dei prodotti) ma i sapori sono eccellenti! Nella nostra classifica personale è il primo posto: qualità delle materie prime lavorate sapientemente, gentilezza e professionalità del personale, il tutto in un elegante luogo semplice e accogliente! Sai che sono nel cuore!
