Il Verrecchiano - Cappadocia

We came to Verecchie to revisit a town where my partner came as a Cub Scout when he was little. We stumbled upon this restaurant and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The atmosphere is cozy with wood burning oven and windows all around looking out at the mountains monte velino). The owner is down to earth, a native of Verecchie and he is all about “quality”. We are the most delicious scamorza with truffles . It was done over the fire, crunchy all around and soft inside. The wonderful steak cooked to perfection and the hand harvested “real” salad were all explosions of flavor! This restaurant is a “destination” in Verecchie and worth the trip !!!!!!

Very pleasant all in this cozy and genuine restaurant: staff, characteristic furnishings, excellent dishes and abundant prices. We are always very happy.
