Authentic northwest Chinese taste. But you need to know that the foods are almost all carbohydrate enriched, flour as major material. Big con, no air conditioning, no ice in water, image eating hot noodle in such a restaurant.

Observations Upon Entering the Restaurant: Lack of Welcome and Service No welcoming greetings received upon entry. No water, menu, or assistance with ordering provided for over 10 minutes. The waitress was observed focusing on activities at the register rather than attending to customers promptly. Service Quality: The service was notably slow, resulting in extended waiting times. Waiting Time: The waiting period was considerably long, contributing to a less-than-optimal dining experience. Food Quality: The quality of the food was average or mediocre, failing to meet expectations. Future Visit: Based on these factors, I do not plan to revisit the establishment in the future.

It's a Xi'an food restaurant. 5 stars for the authenticity, price and menu varieties.It looks unassuming but the food is surprisingly authentic.
