Five star location with one star service. Waited almost 45 minutes for 4 drinks, 1h30 for 2 pizzas.

Had to wait so long to get a waiter attention just to be seated. The place was really windy and the heater stopped working in the middle of the meal and the waiter wasn’t able to fix it. The food was good especially the sweet potato fries.

Edit: Came again and the service was truly spectacular this time. But what I came here to talk about is their food, specifically their steak! You have to order their steak it is to die for. Scrumptious yummy divine, all those adjectives and more. The Radisson truly outdid themselves this time. My only issue, we had wine in plastic wine glasses. Is that normal or?
