Pizza Hut Brackenfell - Cape Town

2 and a half hours later going onto 3hrs, still no pizza delivered. I would not recommend ordering online.I Full understand its a busy time but customer service is nonexistent. It's a nightmarish experience from Pizza Hut Cape Gate. Update, order arrived 3hours later and was basically just crust.

Got the wrong order and waited an hour. It was cold, oily also and cheese instead of feta.

Ordered online for Delivery from their Website. Process was flawless and said delivery would be plus minus 60 minutes. 55 minutes later we get a call to ask us to come collect (defeats the entire purpose of ordering online for DELIVERY! . We got told they are busy and only 1 driver on shift....not the customers problem and poor management planning for an Saturday! If we want delivery, have to wait more than 30 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE, DO NOT RECOMMEND AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLEARLY NOT AN IMPORTANT ASPECT!

I understand that restaurants have busy nights, but when you wait over an hour and a half for 2 SMALL pizzas it blows my mind. The staff were unfriendly and not professional. When I called in I had to greet first on the call as there was just shouting in the background. Not a great experience.
