The service was the worst I've ever experienced. The cashier was completely unresponsive, staring blankly into space and displaying a negative attitude. To make matters worse, I was served a dry double boerie burger.

I just went through the drive-thru, and the staff showed no interest in processing my order. I waited for seven minutes while they walked by and completely ignored me. Eventually, I drove to the end of the line...

It is summer but Brackenfell branch ran out of icecream! How do you plan ahead???????

I have never encountered such poor service as I did tonight. The cashier was visibly unprofessional, and while she picked her nose, another employee was working the drive-thru without any knowledge of the menu. Meanwhile, the staff in the front store were laughing, which only added to the frustration. It was a disappointing experience overall.
