Bacini's Pizzeria Deli - Cape Town

Wonderful experience. Quality food. Good service. Pizza in a wood fire pizza oven. The location at the foot of the Lions Heads at the top of the city shell is excellent. We had a nice summer dinner.

Had a great time to start with 3 curses at bacini. mushroom arancini, three meat pizza for net, and tiramisu to finish. everything was good, but pizza was of course the standout. very reasonable prices also receive for the current year and quality of food.

Cosy with the possibility to dine inside or on the terrace. The terrace seats have glass walls to protect from the elements while enjoying the lion's head view. The Bolognaise was srumptious, and the caramel cheesecake with hint of peppermint was just divine. Spacious portions and great service from the staff. My waiter Kelvin was attentive. Will definitely visit again when in Cape Town

My Capetonian friends swear that bacinis is the best Italian food in the city. they are not wrong. the key to the dressed on this menu is that it is all about honoring simple ingredients and being faithful to the soul of the good, hearty Italian flavous. the result is eating that feels like it was sneaked with love, but it is much better than something that they can whip in their own kitchen.
