Avocado and Salsa Crostini any day but I always try a different dish too once in a while

Great food, good service. It was far more quiet than I would have expected, but it was a freezing cold evening. The wine was extremely expensive, which is the norm, but still felt excessive. One downside was the lack of local craft beer. We have many good ones in Cape Town, and one would expect such a fine establishment to have at least a few. As for the food, it was fantastic, with the Moroccan Chicken Pizza being the clear winner.

In the past I've had terrible service but my latest trip was pleasant, we had a great waiter, Archie and food was tasty, cocktails looked and tasted great too, I felt my whisky was watered down slightly but could be mistaken. Since it was a weeknight, it was fairly empty and a bit cold, but pleasant overall

Although it's part of a chain of restaurants, the food is always good, you don't have to stick to the menu. The waiters are great and you aren't rushed if you just want to have a cup of coffee and stare thoughtfully at the waves. There's also a pretend beach area for kids, safe and away from the child-averse.
