Zaxby’s - Cape Girardeau

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Drove through there around lunchtime on Wed, August 4th. While placing my order, could hear the staff inside all laughing and joking around through the speaker. That wasn’t a big deal, until we got to the window and the lady with the long white fingernails seemed absolutely annoyed we came through the drive thru. She wasn’t pleasant at all. Sour attitude. The food was OK…a bit greasy. While leaving, we saw a sign saying they were hiring “smiling faces.” I can understand why. We won’t be back.

They might as well just shut this place down for good. They’ve been “temporarily closed” since like last December!

When I was in Georgia, this was the best place to go when u asked me. Now back in Missouri I drive 2 hours to this chicken and 2 hours back the food is always hot and fresh! We could eat happy at this time. Very nice managers who always check how the food is. I will continue my commitment to this business with more trips for more delicious chicken! btw never forget to get extra toast!!

Thank you. Thank you for not letting me wait in the car-dru line that was out of the parking lot. I made an order through the app and when I arrived... It makes the drive even longer. It should be another way for customers who order with the app to get food. I'm glad I asked if I had another option. I'm also very happy that she was good enough to bring it out. Not sure of her name, but she had dark longer hair and I think it was hard. She went out of the way and I appreciate it.

I thought it was pretty good here. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich that's not bad. The service was really friendly.
