Rally's - Cape Girardeau

I absolutely love Rally's! When I lived in Florida, I lived right across the street from Checkers and was thrilled when they opened a location in Jackson. Recently, I stopped by the one in Cape to grab a bite to eat, but I was disappointed by the rude service. I told the woman taking my order that I had made a mistake with my order, but she interrupted me and curtly said I would be given my total at the window. When I got to the window and tried to explain again that I had ordered the wrong item, she interrupted me once more. It was frustrating!

Had always gotten a military discount here, never used coupons of any sort. Suddenly however this evening, the manager on shift said because I'm ordering a combo, the food is already discounted so it's not qualified... because it's a combo meal. Which I've always had no issue getting the military discount, so either she's right and they've been doing things wrong the last 2 years their store has been open on this street, plus every other Rally's in the last 10yrs, or she is.

The food was good, fast and freshly cooked. My order was correct and complete. Cost more than some places but will go back because of the quality.

Way better than I expected during Friday night dinner rush. Everything was 100% fresh, fries crispy like they're supposed to be, we got the Big Buford and the meat was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious, and the wait time was minimal, approx 3 minutes

I have only one issue: I usually place my order ahead of time and pick it up at the walk-up window, but during my last few visits, my food has been sitting there, all bagged up, while the employees focus on the drive-thru. I understand they need to tend to those orders, but when I'm standing right there and can see them on their phones, it's frustrating. I've waited at least 10 minutes before someone finally asks if I need help. The food is great, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
