As first-time customers, Pho 8 made our anniversary celebration truly special last weekend! We celebrated our 13 years of marriage, and I want to extend a big thank you to the helpful staff—especially one particular person who really stood out. Our meal was fantastic: we ordered pho with extra veggies, spring rolls, and both coffee and chai tea, which were all perfect! My wife had never tried pho before, but now she's eager to stop by for lunch during her work trips to Cape. It was even better than I had anticipated!

We ordered pho with medium rare beef, pork pho with added broccoli, shrimp spring rolls, and a Thai tea. Make sure to ask for their spicy sauce; it really enhances the flavor of the dishes. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and you can truly taste the quality! If you're in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, head to this pho restaurant for a delicious meal! A really nice Vietnamese restaurant with helpful and friendly staff. If it?s your first time the menu can be a little confusing and overwhelming, but they will answer any question you may have. I had the Chicken Noodle Bowl and the chicken was marinatedAnd cooked perfectly! My girlfriend ordered the chicken Banh Mi, a delicious sandwich. We both highly recommend it and will bereturning.
