Mcdonald's - Cape Girardeau

I stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait long. The food was tasty and the prices were very reasonable.

The Broadway Street website is a local favorite, and for good reason. Managers lead a solid team that understands the importance of customer service and attention to detail. More often than not, your order will be made quickly and consistently, without errors. If there is ever a problem, managers treat it with professionalism and respect. The architecture provides a pleasant experience, not according to modern aesthetics, which appears as a dystopian technology company. The beautiful golden arches around the building and the comfortable interior provide a pleasant culinary experience. I recommend this special institution!

As a rule, I’m used in places with less “happy/excited customer service” when it’s super late at night. It was said that the drive-dru workers were extremely nice and have phenomenal customer service. The experience was great! Thank you.

It's a McDonald's. What do you need to know? It has a bathroom and food that is identical to any other McDonald 's. Just go and eat sick later. We all do that anyway. Stop seeing if this is the good one in town. It's not better than the rest.

It’s a great fast and efficient restaurant, but I would really work on your employees’ customer service skills. I am never greeted or spoken to at the window besides being told the total. I am really treated like I don’t exist.
