Jimmy John's - Cape Girardeau

Used to be a 5 star review. Quality has seriously dropped since January 2021. 45 minute deliveries for a 1.2 mile trip. Bread is not being proofed enough and therefore sandwiches are tiny and misshapen. Sandwiches are made sloppy with ingredients hangingout or missing while the bread is crushed. There is not a single aspect of this business that has made me think, I sure amglad I chose Jimmy Johns for lunch instead of Firehouse Subs or Penn Station. Clearly issues with management, staffing, andtraining. In 2020 I spent over $1000 at Jimmy Johns. Next time I need a sub I 'm opening DoorDash and getting Firehouse. Oneyear edit: Nope. Shoulda stayed away.

If your a delivery driver DO NOT work here they do not pay good at all you'll only get 5.50 an hour even with the high gas prices because they want you to use your tips for gas hourly wage with tips and after gas you'll average out about 9.80 an hourwhich isn't even minimum wage and the manager doesn't care

I had a problem with a previous order. The manager JARED and his staff were fast to get it right and then some.. I appreciate not only those locations, but also their managers. Despite the problem, each sister becomes 100% back to this place. 10/10 in service.

Delicious sandwiches, but the woman and I do not try to miss the chicken stable when they come back, and the new Thai chili was also delicious.

Love this place. I really wish they had more vegetables to add the sandwich, but definitely good..
