Jimmy John's - Cape Girardeau

I had a problem with a previous order, but the manager, Jared, and his team quickly resolved it and even went above and beyond. I really appreciate the hard work of everyone at this location, especially the manager. Despite the issue, my sister and I will definitely keep coming back here. I would rate the service a perfect 10 out of 10.

This restaurant has terrible customer service. It's also absurd that they won't serve toppings on the side. I often request this at other places when I'm traveling, but they flat out REFUSED and claimed it's against their policy. I won't be returning.

The sandwich was made with bread that was incredibly hard, clearly having been left out for hours. Why not just discard that piece and offer me a fresh one?

The sandwiches are delicious! My wife and I always make sure to get the chicken Caesar wrap when it's available, and we also really enjoyed the new Thai chili option.

Used to be a 5 star review. Quality has seriously dropped since January 2021. 45 minute deliveries for a 1.2 mile trip. Bread is not being proofed enough and therefore sandwiches are tiny and misshapen. Sandwiches are made sloppy with ingredients hangingout or missing while the bread is crushed. There is not a single aspect of this business that has made me think, I sure amglad I chose Jimmy Johns for lunch instead of Firehouse Subs or Penn Station. Clearly issues with management, staffing, andtraining. In 2020 I spent over $1000 at Jimmy Johns. Next time I need a sub I 'm opening DoorDash and getting Firehouse. Oneyear edit: Nope. Shoulda stayed away.
