Wawa - Cape Coral

I just drove past a ton of tanks to get to Wawa. Always clean and bright and feels like the safest place late at night. Went in for some essentials and Sam was a life savior! She went beyond and beyond to help me what I needed and saved my night. Thank you!

The General manager was a complete jerk. During a Crisis he runs and hides in the store. We are devastated by Ian and you have power and refusing people service with gas and in store items. Disgusting. You are not for America. Wawa has lost a customer. And I know I won?t be the only one.

Wawa makes it difficult to continue shopping there? So a large soda is $2.19 but a refill in their large mug they sell you is noe over $3 for a refill? NO other convenience store in the area charges that kind of money for a refill? Speedway, Circle K and Racetrack all charge the same, around $1? Did away with the styrofoam cups? What next? Paper straws? Staff is very good though and a well run store. Just not sure about their NEW policies?

Honestly, being from up north where Wawa IS the main gas station, I'm disappointed. Every single time I order from your store on Uber you always miss items, and it's always the most expensive thing or the thing I was looking forward to the most. I'm really tired of having to report that I have missing food from this store. I used to work at a Wawa, and I know how it works, this time I was missing my specialty drink which either means you didn't make it after it appeared on the screen, or you gave it out to a customer in the store. I love Wawa with all my heart, and it pains me to write this review, but to the manager of the store and whoever keeps messing up my orders and probably many other uber orders, PLEASE check to make sure everything is there before you continue to make customers waste their time and money ordering and not even getting the full price back. You guys need to get your ducks in a row.

5/29/2022 6pm Got a couple burgers with fries and shakes. The burgers were actually pretty tasty! The fresh toppings made em good! The fries were lightly seasoned and crispy...could have been even crispier, but they were delish! The shakes were delicious! The store itself is clean and smells like burgers! You can get all kinds of stuff here, like fresh baked donuts, local made snacks, and even ice cream. They have hot and cold snacks, health foods, fountain sodas and more! Beer and lottery are here too and you can grab a quick gallon of milk too!
