Inflation is not a valid excuse for charging so much for such a small bagel. The truth is they're spending money on billboards around town, which is why customers end up paying $5 for a bagel that is quite disappointing. Our experience would have been more enjoyable if we had received a warm welcome at the door, which would have shown that they care about their business. I expect more from a local establishment run by the U.S. Coast Guard.

The best bagels in Lee County! Their Nova sandwich is fantastic. I just wish they offered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese with a fried egg instead of scrambled. Regardless, it’s a 5-star spot!

The young man at the front was extremely kind and welcoming. I had a great experience overall, but my interaction with the woman behind the counter was less than pleasant. She displayed a rather rude attitude towards my husband and me. As longtime New Yorkers, we expect a higher level of service.

Came in for a bagel sandwich and noticed the soda cooler door was open so I closed it. The owner noticed that I did and gave me four free bagels! Anyway the place is very clean and comfortable. The food looks fantastic, can’t wait to eat it!

I’m always a fan of supporting local companies, and Bagel Factory (both locations) are great community assets. Not only are their products amazing, but they profit with organizations, schools, etc. to make sure their leftovers get put to good use.
