Kfc - Cape Coral

Service I ever had a car. I order a 4pc all drums extra crispy it repeats it back to me and after my order it is all thighs. personally, no thighs like why I ordered drums. then the manager goes on to tell me they don't have drums and he told her that and she said I was okay with legs I warn. Not only that, but never gave me my drink or additional cookies I had ordered. it must be new management and personnel in this place. seriously kfc has gone down the hill, always my favorite ff no longer be.

Food was horrible. Two pieces of chicken were unrecognizable as to what piece they were. The one small wing was black inside. Chicken was very greasy, even the extra crispy. Coleslaw was dry, mashed potatoes were bland, biscuits hard and inedible. Gravy only thing that was good. Been to KFC in the past and had decent food. Will never go back now. Waste of money.would of given 0 stars, wasn?t an option.

Just overall terrible food. Wife and I ordered the Extra Crispy Chicken Tenders. They were super thin and definitely not even a little crispy. Fries were chewy and cold. Everytime I go to this KFC I end up with terrible food, last time.

Everything was dismal: the food, the service, the cleanliness, the decor. The manager of this location should be mortified. This branch is an embarrassment. The buffet at 6:00pm was virtually devoid of chicken. Biscuits were rock hard. All the food at the buffet appeared to have been out all day (soggy, crusty, filmy). When I went up for a reluctant second plate, the girl at the register saw me coming and walked into the back! Another employee saw me approach watching her walk away and came up to get me another plate. The floors, baseboards, chair legs and walls were filthy. To add insult to injury, the panic hardware on the main door was broken, and the decor is horribly outdated. We will never return to this location.
