Bidrage med feedbackFirst visit and it won't be the last. can't wait to try something new on the menu. we tried the pizza and were very impressed. if they cost their crust a little thicker than a really thin and crispy type and a little thinner than a hand, then this is the perfect crust! the restaurant is clean and tidy. the decor is simple and simple with appropriate pictures. the service was very attentive. they look forward to a return to try some of the house specialties.
This was our first time there, and will more than likely go back. At first, the service was slow, and had to wait awhile to get someone to wait on our table. However, they were very accommodating when they did come over. The atmosphere there is very unique and fun to look at all the pictures and memorabilia on the walls. Everybody had their own huge slice of pizza and it was more than fantastic!! I would rate it as some of the best around!
Probably the best all meats pizza we’ve had in Cape Coral but that doesn’t say much since we’ve mostly stuck to Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Marcos, Jets etc. Pizza is thick and square. Today we thought to try something new and a bit more authentic in terms of pizza. My son only eats cheese pizza so we got a small for him and decided to go big for us (3 adults) so we decided to try an all meat large thick crust pizza, I’m not sure if this was referred to as the sicilian or the ny. Anyway, it was great. Lots of meat, not overly oily or salty and cut into squares. The small cheese pizza was, sad to say, hot garbage. The crust was unusually hard and even though I ordered extra cheese, there was barely any on it. My son wouldn’t even finish his slice. We thought he was being a brat because he kept saying the dough was like rock so we tried a slice and ended up having to scrape the cheese off to eat it, such a waste. Workers at this location had no idea regarding a coupon by “Entertainment” offered by TMobile (TMo Tuesdays week of 01/11/22) and we did not have an opportunity to speak to the owner about it because we were told he was really busy and that they were hours behind on orders. The deal was for buying an 18” specialty and getting a 14” cheese for free. We ended up just paying the full price since they were like, we don’t have an 18” and that’s not exactly our logo though it’s the exact address. This was my first impression so it was not very good. Paid about 2 times what I’d have done at Dominos, the saving grace being that the large meat pizza was really good. I don’t mind paying more if the food is really tasty and there’s good quantity. If I had just purchased the meat pizza, this would have been a 5 star review. But the cheese pizza paying for extra cheese and getting what we got is not good. That’s my 2c. We will likely go back to try other things, no hard feelings. I would recommend this place at least for the thick, large, square meat pizza, but skip the small cheese or you’ll definitely regret it. Head to dominos and get a pan pizza with extra cheese(s) instead. They aren’t as bad as they were a few years ago.
Their food may be good but don't order delivery! We ordered two very expensive food items considering it was just dough and fillings last night and their delivery service didn't bother knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell when it was delivered. By the time we went outside to see what happened we found the food sitting on the sidewalk outside our residential screen door exposed to ants. Maybe if you pick up the food you'll get better service. Back to Domino's for us. $60 was too much to pay for cold food just left on the sidewalk.
You really want to try and like them cause the people who work there are super nice it’s just the business is ran horribly wrong. You can’t guarantee a pickup/ delivery time then when you arrive just to be told they haven’t even started on it yet. This is EVERY TIME. You also can’t keep blaming it on being short staffed, Covid or other reasons. Tons of businesses are improvising and finding ways to make it work. Change the system or something because this is frustrating to your customers. You walk in and see a counter top full of tickets and when you ask for your order that’s when they take the ticket to start being prepared. That’s insane. Won’t be going back.
