I had a fantastic experience with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The bartender was not only attractive but also very skilled and had a great attitude. The food was decent, especially for a pool hall.

I visit Diamonds twice a week, and I always appreciate the friendly and efficient service provided by Bella, Lilly, Tessa, Gwen, and Makayla. Great job, ladies! Keep up the fantastic work!

This billiards hall is truly a hidden treasure! The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, featuring well-maintained tables and an impressive array of cues. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and always ready to provide helpful advice. It’s a perfect place for both newcomers and experienced players. With a fantastic drink menu to boot, it sets the stage for a memorable evening. I highly recommend this billiards hall – it definitely deserves a full 5-star rating!

It almost feels like the kitchen staff are discontented with their jobs and are purposefully underperforming, yet the owners are aware of this and refuse to make any changes. That’s the only explanation I can come up with. Service is extremely slow, which could be linked to both understaffing and a lack of training, although there are a few excellent servers, with Gwen standing out as the best. Typically, you might wait up to 1.5 hours before encountering a server. Interestingly, the owners live out of state and are known to monitor the cameras closely, micromanaging the staff, but that hasn’t led to improved service. The pool tables are nice and plentiful, and that's really the main draw of this place.

This was our first visit, and we had heard quite a few reviews with many people giving it one star due to the staff and poor service. We were curious to see for ourselves. So far, everything has been great! The atmosphere is inviting, and the service has been quite good as well. I would definitely recommend this place; it’s spacious and reasonably priced. Overall, a positive experience!
