An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the true tradition of chaorles. this case has been managed for seventy years by this family, who has handed down the passion of fishing and the tourist welcome of father to son. here is how to feel at home, the staff is courteous and kind and after a short time you feel like family people. the menu is fixed: two appetizers (gambero rosa di Laguna con polenta e sarde in saor,) pasta alla scoglio with mussels, clams and squid and then mixed fry. but here frying is a serious thing, because in addition to the squids and shrimp you fry also ombry, sarde and sole. the menu costs 40 € to people, excluding drinking, and it is worth all. there is a wide choice of wines from the territory, we have bet for the cellar ornella bellia di pramaggiore, to go safely. I personally believe that all the pseudo-fish restaurants super expensive and pretentious of which it has populated the chariots in the last decade do not have a tenth of the grottoe case.
