Chick-fil-a - Canyon Park

I went here the other day and it looks like they finally got their own Cookies Cream Shake right. When CFL gets this right I can drink that thing all day long. I went here mid afternoon in the evening 4/19/22 and the girl who made it should get a raise. Guys you should try it!

Service is outstanding. Prices and food quality are incredibly bad. No way yall charging me resteraunt prices. Was $17 for a nugget meal. Literally could go sit down at a resteraunt and eat for cheaper. Blows my mind people paying these prices lmao

Definitely encountered the C team a few nights ago bunch of teenagers just goofing off and rushing people out. Ordered two spicy sandwiches, only got 1 spicy with cheese that was cold. When I went inside, the FOH manager had to plead another employee to get him a replacement. When we asked for the second one, the other employee was taking a long time grabbing it (trying to be funny I guess), to the point that the manager had to say please just hand it over already since I don 't have gloves . The employee apologized to us and when she left the manager said UGH, that one is the worst . Seems like everyone, including the manager, doesn 't care and is just there cause they have to.

I was surprised at how nice and courteous all of the people were here. The food was good. And they actually have Coke products too. And milkshakes. I’ve never been to this chain of restaurants before but I will be back soon.Kid-friendliness: Surprised to find a separated play area with a kids car lifted up high off the ground, that kids can play on.

Love chick-fil-a, but this is the by far the worst location. They are always forgetting items, sauce, etc.. the food is really hit or miss here and has zero consistency. Salad is usually always missing items or something else is wrong like getting literally chicken crumbs as the chicken on the salad.
