Canyon Steak Company

Waitress forgot about our table during the day at slow hours. We've been here about 3 times total. Because she forgot about us and remembered people seated afterwards, I had to get up and actually go to the table where she was chatting wth customers for a bit. She took too long to come back in total and so we left and never came back. Good thing we only had water at that point but we had to leave an hour already passed. We went to a diffent restaurant nearby and got served and left in 20 minutes, that's how it should have went. The place has been ok in the past but I don't think we'll be coming back.

Delicious salmon and broccoli! friendly welcoming atmosphere!! We are from out of town and they shared so many other wonderful stops while we are in town!

The food was okay, but I could have done a better ribeye at home, I go to a steakhouse for a steak that is wow. Service was lackluster. The manager was quite impersonal at for 5pm on a friday there was no atmosphere.

My new favorite place to eat. Right on the square with plenty of bar seating to watch TV and enjoy a game. Very good wait staff great Ribeyes.
