The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard - Canton

My husband and I had brunch and overall the experience was good, except for the dry ham we ordered. The peach mimosa was delicious and the service from the wait staff was very attentive.

Cooper was an excellent server! Very knowledgeable about the menu and wine. Food was delicious. Lobster pasta and seafood chitarra were excellent. Scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly! We will be going back!

Our server was wonderful. The food and atmosphere were excellent in a cozy setting. The only downside was the 1 1/2 hour wait for our order, but they compensated by giving us 2 free desserts. Our waitress was truly fantastic. Overall, a great experience.

If you’re in the Canton, Ohio area this is a great place for a special occasion or just a very great place for amazing food and atmosphere. We came to Canton for a concert and made reservations after a personal recommendation from our son and daughter in law, who live nearby. Believe me you will not be disappointed. Great food and service to match.
