Bidrage med feedbackI used to really enjoy this Wendy's, but it has been a while since my last visit. I decided to come back for the first time in a while, and unfortunately, the employee I encountered tonight was quite rude. There was no one willing to listen, and when I asked if they could hear me clearly—being very polite and respectful—I was met with a dismissive response. The employee, Catie, claimed that she had already told me to go ahead with my order, but there was really no need for her to be so unkind. I work in the food industry myself, and I believe there's no excuse for rudeness. It not only makes the situation uncomfortable for the customer, but it can also ruin someone's day. We should treat others the way we want to be treated. We were just trying to make it easier for them to hear us since we were a bit far from the speaker.
Great food! I really miss the vanilla frosty that used to be on the menu. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.
The employees seems very unhappy. maybe consider a better work environment for them or providing proper compensation.

Always a long line, cold hard food. Countless times I've been disappointed at a desperate hour. Never again.
