Each experience I’ve had at this location has been a very pleasant one. The staff are super friendly. They even remembered me after my second visit. It’s always nice to know your appreciated as a customer. They even customized a special order coolata for me: strawberry/pineapple fusion. They’re awesome!
The staff here went above and beyond to rectify an order. I noticed they had great interactions with other customers and locals who were coming and going.
The staff is friendly and helpful, providing service right at your car. They are quick and attentive, and they pay close attention to special instructions.
The experience was friendly and quick during the drive-thru, but there are times when they run out of items like whole milk for your coffee, and the frozen coffee machine sometimes breaks down, or they run out of coffee holders. It happens frequently enough for me to take note, but luckily not most of the time.
