Bidrage med feedbackI had a bad experience with the staff in this location. We place an order on line my daughter went to pick up the lady in the register was rude unprofessional and also bad service. I will never buy there again. Bad staff.
I've been going here for several years, quick walk from home. It's under new management and the service and organization have gone straight down hill. This morning they forgot my order, then the woman rushed it and didn't put the top on right, so as I walked away it popped off and I ended up with hot coffee all over my arm. Done, too many other options around here, I'm not dealing with this mess any more.
I wish I could give 0 stars. New blonde girl that works there doesn’t understand the concept of pick up orders last 5 times I have been there I have had to wait in line to ask for my food which is already ready it’s just hiding behind the coffee machine not on the pick up platform she always has a terrible attitude and it is the worst part of my week when I see her there. This is the first time I have ever felt so strongly about something that I have felt the need to place a review. My new least favorite Dunkin’ Donuts by a long shot.
I have no problem with this dunks other than with the manager- I 'm a frequent Dunkin goer (every single day) and I just moved to this area. I 've been giving this Dunkin 's a chance as I like to go to the same each day for consistency; however, the manager at this dunks is not personable. He gave me such attitude today about extra ice pretty much implying it 's d to ask for. In addition, he 's made me pay 50 cents to add ice into my cup even though on my Dunkin go app I always add extra ice. I 'll be choosing a different Dunkin ' the area as there are many others with much nicer managers.
If you get a chance to visit this location, don't let it pass you by. Why? Most mornings, you'll be greeted by the most sincere infectious smile (He's the GM) ??Sadly, in the majority of other Dunks you're lucky to see anyone at all
