Dunkin' - Canton

Hit or miss- once I ordered a cold brew that was full of coffee grounds, and other times the coffee is ok. I have also often had them forget items.

Blonde girl with bad acne was rude. First time made the coffee completely wrong and when I asked her to remake it Bc I did not want a trash coffee she rolled her eyes and made even it worst the second time. I come everyday for the same coffee and neveronce have had an issue.

This Dunkin' is fantastic! The staff is consistently exceptional—friendly and welcoming every time I visit. The food is usually great, though there have been occasions when the croissant buns were burnt during late-night hours. The coffee is always good, and while my orders are occasionally messed up, I've never had any problems getting it resolved. I highly recommend this location if you're in Canton or happen to be visiting the area.

I just visited the drive-thru and my order was completely incorrect. On top of that, I found a bug in my coffee. I can confirm it's a bug as it had legs. Please refer to the photo. A girl named Jordan suggested that I come back for a new one, but no thank you. I don't want any unwanted extras in my coffee.

I truly wish I could give Dunkin' more than 5 stars! Their coffee is the best I've ever tasted. Even the Keurig pods are fantastic for when I'm at home.
