Chili's Grill - Canton

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, with the exception of the dry and hard rice that accompanied my fajitas, which was a bit tough on my teeth. Everything else was excellent, particularly the nachos. The standout for us was the exceptional service provided by Natalie, who was wonderful. Hats off to her!

Even though they are understaffed, with one lady serving she was absolutely wonderful. While another being efficient to get people seated and cleaning as a group leaves. I just appreciate everyone that worked last night and made our meal wonderful.Always appreciated those who work in food. Thank you ????

Haven't been to Chili's in a long time mostly because of the pandemic I guess. Hardly anybody in there and we had a new server who had absolutely no personality. He clearly didn't want to be there. We used to always get the lunch fajitas which they didnot have now you had to buy the entire meal which was a lot more money. The bartender/server was training our new guy. Ourentire meal we had to keep sending things back asking questions so on so forth. He wasn't quite sure how to make the drinkwasn't quite sure of what came with what or prices. It was just not a very enjoyable relaxing lunch. It'll be a long time beforeI go back if ever

The food at Chili's was delicious, just as you would anticipate. Typically, I would give chain restaurants a 4-star rating if everything met my expectations. However, on this occasion I have decided to give them a perfect 5 stars. Despite being severely understaffed, our server and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. If I hadn't been informed that our server was also the hostess and bartender, I would not have even noticed. Incredible job, Angel!

My experience at this restaurant was very poor. I consider myself to be a very patient person, but the service I received was unacceptable. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy, it took over 70 minutes for my food to be served. I eventually left before my order even arrived. The waitress, who I believe was also the manager that day, did not check on me at all or offer any kind of compensation for the long wait. I received no complimentary appetizer, dessert, refill on my drink, or any updates on the status of my order. It was a disappointing experience and I left the restaurant still feeling hungry.
