Arby's - Canton

I couldn't place my order without it being corrected. for the cheese paid never get it or the desired chorizo sauce. eating was good, but who knows what was extra in it. 2 dr. pfeffer ordered, one was root beer, the other tasted like plastic.

I've always gave Arby's a 10 star rating I've always loved eating there their food was great the people that work they were great well the one now that's on Riverstone is I don't know if it's the the brisket which I absolutely adored is nasty now the meat is so freaking full of gristle and fat and and there's no meat it's just garbage it's trash they got rid of my potato cakes which I loved for 46 years that place going to s I got a cheddar chicken ranch sandwich from them and there was two chicken tenders on it and they were so hard that I couldn't eat them I literally fed them to my dog the fries were all cold and I came straight home this is not acceptable and when you call up there they no make you feel like you did something wrong they make you feel bad for complaining about their food

Efficient; always gets the order right. Consistent quality. Only fast food place I can trust in Canton since the pandemic started.

Working some crazy hours, so I stopped for a late lunch. Got a 2 for sandwich deal. It tasted very good ?. Had a jamoca shake! What a pleasure! Love jamoca shakes!

My recent visit was mostly fine. We got our food quickly and it was fresh. My problem was that of the four employees we saw working at this Arby's, only one was wearing a mask, and he was also the only person not handling food (he was at the drive thru window). I'm glad he was wearing a mask but I'm really unhappy that the three people who handled my food did not have masks on. As someone who is immune compromised, I don't feel safe returning to this Arby's.
