Bidrage med feedbackUnfortunately in the night we went, there was another table constantly swearing, no good atmosphere for family dinner. for the paid money we expected something special, but it wasn't. pay attention to the service fee automatically added to the bill
Eating and service is not as good as the cave hotel. the menu is the same, but there were less eating different and this was not discussed with us when we ordered. we expected that we eat the same and service as in the other Korean cowgirl restaurant, but we did not have it.
The service was in order, although some time have taken along. eating was good, but much over price, even for the drinks. we do not go back from this reason.
Really great eating and great service, but expensive. only 3 tortillas with the £25 pulled pork was a bit mean.
The food was great, really very tasty although the fried cauliflower was not hot when it arrived on the table like it had been sat waiting to be bought to the table for a while. Sadly the service was really lacking. It was half hearted, drinks order taken at the same time as food (which was a considerable time after we were seated), and no real enthusiasm behind it. Just flat. And no cheerio or goodbye despite us shouting thank you to the staff as we stood and left the restaurant. In addition the menu changed from the point of booking so the Mini Cowgirl Feast effectively went up from £30 to £40 overnight. Sadly, both visits to The Korean Cowgirl (20th May at The Cave) and last night in Canterbury have been blighted by menu changes (the Feast had been taken off the menu when we visited The Cave) and the service levels last night means I won’t be back. A real shame as it had such potential to be a huge winner for me.
