Chicago Bob's Barbeque - Cañon City

The staff at this restaurant is extremely pleasant and the food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend it.

Great sandwiches you can’t finish there (they’re so big! and a nice selection of regional beers. Nice downtown location and a friendly staff.

This is the best barbecue I have ever tasted. The staff was extremely friendly and entertaining. I would definitely eat here again, 10/10. The main dining room was impressive, but the additional space was also magnificent.

The waitress was fantastic, very friendly. The BBQ here is top-notch - I had the Brisket and my friend had the pulled pork. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. A must-try!

Had the Skyline Segway Tour and drove past this place. Smelled so well we decided to eat there. Our spear was excellent, I had pulled the 2 meat special pigs and ribs. The flesh fell from the bone on the ribs, and the pulled pig was amazing! Onion rings were also wonderful! I'll go back! Great place!
