The Cheesecake Factory - Canoga Park

The cheesecake and food at this restaurant are truly outstanding. The ambiance is also great. However, the service was a bit rough. I was sipping on water (the glass was about 20% full) when the waitress abruptly took it from my hand without asking. The straw was still in my mouth, making the situation quite embarrassing as I was still drinking. Despite this incident, it is still a fantastic spot to hang out with friends and family.

The food was mediocre, there was a very long wait and our order was incorrect. We had to send back the same dish multiple times. Despite not asking for a refund, no compensation was offered for the multiple issues. It appears that the restaurant cannot handle the number of guests they receive, even though it was not full. It may be better to just go to the food court instead.

The service at the restaurant was good, but the lighting was so dim that I couldn't read the menu without using my phone. I suspect it may have been due to a power outage in the mall earlier. I ordered the Cajun jambalaya pasta and was extremely disappointed. The noodles were mushy and unappetizing, resembling baby food. After trying a shrimp, I couldn't stomach it and opted not to order something else when the waitress offered. I did enjoy the red velvet cheesecake, but found it to be priced at $12. Overall, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

My sister and I came to eat here since many people recommended. I ordered a Spaghetti and Meatballs and it was very salty. While my sister ordered Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and it was not spicy at all and it taste more like marinara sauce. On the other hand, I really loved the appetizer we chose, which was Sweet Corn Cakes, I really recommend this appetizer. The service was really good, our waiter was Michael and he was patient, friendly, and always making sure about our orders.

I’ve been going to all cheesecake locations for many years , I go to this location a lot if you’re going to go on the weekends I recommend doing a reservation through open table or Yelp . So you don’t wait a long time I went there last night with my friends I love to get for appetizer the stuffed mushrooms and the Cesar salad , for my dish I love the bang bang chicken and shrimp , my favorite dessert is the tuxedo cake it’s the best!!! My friends ordered the miso salmon I had it before it really tasty but I like it with mashed potatoes, and my other friend took the crust chicken with pasta and added mushrooms and they said it was really good too. It’s always a great place to dine at ! Prices are fair and there is lots of variety of food so everyone always find what they’re in the mood for to eat. I’ve attached photos of what we ordered , we were so hungry when we got there so I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the mushrooms appetizer and salad but trust me don’t miss on these mushrooms they are incredible!!! Our server was really nice too
