The food was not good, we had to send food back, the tables were sticky

Fish mash peas parsley sauce as it says on the tin. No refinement just like your nan would serve it up. Roast meat is heated up. You can't deny that. Eaton mess made with blueberries..Staff were friendly. Not for foodies by any means

Meal fantastic. Staff friendly. Went for afternoon lunch. I has roast beef dinner it was delicious. Husband had steak and ale pie. Will definitely be going back again..

Visited on Bank Hol Monday 26/8/19 booked a table for 4 people at 2pm..Was seated promptly, lovely welcoming smiling staff, drinks order taken within a minute or two of being seated, menus left for us, within 10 mins we had all ordered, food arrived piping hot and promptly, couldn’t fault it, first class service and excellent value for money..will be paying another visit very soon.. excellent.. Table for 4 booked under name of Hughes...for a 2.pm sit down...was very enjoyable
