Went here last week as a treat for my friend for afternoon Tea! Was our first time there and we was not disappointed, what a lovely little gem in cannock it is! The ladies were very attentive and friendly, the afternoon tea was delicious! Cakes were beautiful we had to take ours home as there was that much, it was fabulous. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!

Amazing experience. Staff were so lovely and welcoming, really helpful too! I forgot to state a dietary requirement upon booking for dairy free, I spoke to the staff who promptly went out and made a dairy free sandwich and collected together some appropriate cakes. Boxes were also given out at the end for any cakes to be taken home that hadn’t been eaten. Booking was only until 3pm but there was no urge or rush to get us out at all, felt very welcomed the whole time. Very clean and tidy cafe too!!

The service and food/drinks were absolutely delightful at this restaurant. However, during my catch up with a friend, a person who I assumed was the owner or manager abruptly came over to our table and slammed a reserved card down. I was taken aback and made to feel uncomfortable and rushed. The experience was further solidified when a server came over to take our order before we were ready, only to be followed by another server doing the same. The staff was apologetic and gave us more time, but unfortunately, we observed other uncomfortable situations with the staff. Despite these issues, the food and drinks were delicious.

I highly recommend Mims Moms for any special occasions. The food is exceptional, the service is outstanding, and it is truly the best café/coffee/tea room in the West Midlands. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Thank you to Carol and her team at Mims Moms, we will definitely be returning.
