Mcdonalds need to stop hiring 17 year old kids who can 't even tie their own shoe laces, let alone count the items in a bag to ensure that its correct and hire 'managers ' that arent the fryer boys and dont sound like wanna be road men.
Compared to my recent visit to another site in Cannock, the one in town at the chase centre on church street is by far superior to Hemlock way. Ordered food on app on arrival including a nugget share box. Food ordered and delivered within ten minutes. I suggest the staff from this branch teach Hemlock Way how to look after customers. A very pleasant experience at a very similar time of the day to the other visit and no issues what a massive difference order wasn’t straightforward this time either. Thank you.
I attended today to order 2 diet Cokes and 2 Tripplw cheeseburgers. Firstly I had to queue in traffic for 30 minutes, once served I was parked for a further 20 minutes waiting for my food. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs.
I am a little confused with the bad reviews. This place is great. Much better than stafford trade center who just slap the buns together.
Ordered and paid for food via the mobile app after a long shift on duty with the ambulance service, once I arrived home I found items were missing out of my order. Tried calling to report the missing items, but nobody answered the phone. One very hungry, angry ambulance man
