Once again a dinner with friends in the tradition of the Carlton Lobster evenings ... and always the guarantee of an excellent evening. Excellent and refined cuisine, impeccable service, quality champagne and unrivalled welcome by a team with small care for its guests. Congratulations also to Alessio Tallarico, the Director of the Riviera restaurant who manages this institution with a master's hand, where we have only one desire to return.

As usual, an extraordinary stay. The outdoor ice rink is a great idea when we have children, accompanied by a beautiful hot wine! We made the 1st January buffet that was very good! Only flat, there was no choice for the desserts at the end... damage... because we like to take our time to eat and I didn’t think I had to take it fast so that I could be sure to have it. Otherwise it is always a great pleasure to come.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is sumptuous, clean and well placed on the crust, the room was perfect, the staff is in small care, thanks to Rachid and Jeremy for their kindness and availability!

Bravo to the team All services (Voiturier, Reception, Concierge, Households, bar, catering, Spa, Sport, Patinoire, Beach club restaurant) have bluffed me by the quality of their reception. For my part Best hotel palace of the world for its reception. A little magic parenthesis in our life. Very beautiful room and great sea view if it is necessary to specify it.

We've always loved the place of Carlton's friends. We'll probably get back together. The hotel is majestic and everything is there for you to spend a memorable stay in Cannes.
