Sauvage - Canmore

Eating was absolutely amazing at sauvage. it was our first time, and we were thrilled by the 5 cursor menu. we look forward to coming back!

It was unrealistic. the service was great, the waiters were great and oh man eating. my partner and I always wanted to try out a tasting menu, but always found it too much to eat (she has a skinny) and we are food, not always mix it. the gnudy? gnocchi with ricotta cheese was made for dying. everything. I love the owners to pay their employees properly while still return and take care of sustainability. well done everywhere we will be back

Such an amazing experience. my spouse and I enjoyed our meal, and the atmosphere, eating and service were from this world!

The chef has talent and the servers are professional. I wouldn’t recommend children under 14 as it is set menu with no deviation.
