I visited this restaurant about a week ago during Fathers Day weekend. The ambiance is great, and the renovations to the Lakefront Airport terminal are fantastic.
Don't be fooled or intimidated by the terminal, Messinas Runway Cafe and Lounge is easily accessible through the main building, just go "to the left".
