Grand Pearl Seafood Restaurant

We were invited to a birthday banquet.Food was great. Large spacious tables and floor. Unfortunately decor and upkeep not upto standard. For the type of food served in a better setting, maybe the price would have been as competitive. If food is the only concern. Yummy!

We had early dinner there on Christmas Eve. The staff was very attentive and cheerful. We ordered 8 main dishes with some boiled rice. All dishes was good.The cost was less than $30 a head. We didn't drink much and didn't have fresh seafood. Definitely will come back for family dinner.

Brought family from overseas here to try local seafood. Main dishes like lobster was bland, had to chew on the shallots to get some flavour hit. They forgot the last 2 dishes and after 40 minutes wait, we ended up cancelling the dishes and leaving. Never been in such a situation, definitely need to step up their game considering so many other good food places in this area.

This place has the most typical Asian service. Slow and they just don't care about how long you've waited for food. Our first dish came out 40mins after ordering. Longest wait for a starving girl but good thing the beers kept us busy. The food is better than I expected, not badly priced too. You'll get more of a seafood hit here than a fine dining place in the city. We did the banquet menu c for 4 people & was so full and a little tipsy by the time we left.

Been coming here for years. The seafood esp mudcrab in rice wine is devine! Peaking duck is amazing and mouthwatering. Wasabi beef is suculent and juicy with just the right amount of bite.
