Bidrage med feedbackI had some trouble with the app, and the staff was able to help me use the app to place an order that required online ordering... Which ironically, I had to do in the store because of issues with the app.
Shorted me an order of French Fries and refused to give me a refund. I contacted them as soon as I arrived home and realized the error, but they would not refund my card unless I returned to the store.I expect people to occasionally make mistakes, but I cannot accept a business refusing to make it right, when It is so simple.Update: I filled out the form linked in the response from Arby's BEFORE I submitted this review and have received no response 3+ days later. So, don't assume any of their customer service system is effective.
I'm done with fast food, period. I don't know what's changed. I just know that it's making me physically sick.
Phone was great. Service was excellent. Inside of the restaurant was clean and nice and warm in the cold weather.
Kinda disappointed that they discontinued the potato cakes and only have a 12 ounce coffee other than that I love their jamocha shakes ?
