Bovino's Churrascaria - Cancún

We're here a lot. Never the best service, but tonight was particularly bad. You have a restaurant full of people who charge a flat-rate for dinner, but nothing prepared to host everyone. We sat and waited like barely and carp with... the meat came to the table. We talked to the waiter and still nothing comes. Finally, some came with the same few nests they had available. The meat they served was either red raw from so over cooked, you could not eat it. Our waiter came back to our table only once. No cleaning of plates, no refill on water.... Nothing! This will be our last visit. We will try out the new Steak house in the city Love the concept, but you need to enjoy service and product for people! How expensive to eat a salad bar and limited meat!

This Restorant charging double price without proof of local residency, it is double price. When they come to us we don’t do this to them. Safe the money we have Brazilian restaurants at home too !

Came because of the great reviews, and was not expecting the hype to live up to it, but boy was I wrong. Jesus was our server and did a fantastic job. We'll have to make sure to come again on our next Cancun trip
