The owner or person behind the counter has very poor customer service. I feel like I have to ask him multiple times for assistance before I can even finish my order.

Zero stars for this place! the old man behind the counter is very rude to my wife and I while I ask for a menu item. it was our first time. asked him why he was so rude to us, and he only looked at me with nothing to say so that we went out. I will never return to this place!

Bad customer service. Just as everyone says, the one and only man who works there is no reason extremely rude. don't waste your time and your money here.

Man was rude, maybe didn't speak English, not sure. All the soda flavors were out of syrup, so I had water. The only redeeming thing was that it's fairly cheap and the food wasn't half bad. But I won't be going back.
