Taco Bell - Canby

Due to construction, it was a little difficult to get to, i ordered 2 boxes of tacos, they were poorly made, no cheese on half of them, they stuck to the paper so the bottom came off of all the crunchy tacos... They need to be trained a little more on preparing food.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my food through the Taco Bell app and had it delivered and when the order arrived i was missing part of my order. I ended up calling the local store and they said they wouldn’t credit my card back. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Not sure what the employees are doing but I came to order the place is clearly open and I wasted about 20 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to answer. All the lights are on the sign is on there’s a car parked In the parking lot guess they are just sitting back there on their phone or something because who ever is on shift is not visible through the windows. 11:07pm 1/16/24.

The slushie machine has been broken for over a month

I ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito. I asked for them to swap the avocado ranch for the normal chipotle sauce that comes on it. They subtracted the chipotle sauce and added avocado ranch, wanting to charge me an extra .60 when I asked why they couldn't just swap out the sauces I was simply told that's just how it is From my location that typically gives me good food I left disappointed.
