Bidrage med feedbackThis Dairy Queen has been the slowest one I've ever visited, and it seems to be poorly staffed. They can't even get the ice cream orders right. Some of their Blizzards are badly made, but the worst part was when we got our banana splits. They looked terrible—the bananas were dark, almost black, as if they were either frozen or spoiled. Is this how you treat your customers in town? It’s disappointing. Either find better staff or retrain them on how to properly serve ice cream.
The drive-thru was completely backed up, so after waiting for about five minutes, I decided to go inside. I was served immediately and enjoyed some delicious shakes!
This Dairy Queen is by far the worst in the area. The restaurant is poorly staffed, leading to frustratingly long wait times in the drive-thru. The employees don't seem to greet customers with a smile, and the dining area is consistently warm and messy. It's summer—turn up the AC! I always use my rewards in hopes of receiving a survey because if I did, I wouldn't hold back my criticism. It’s astonishing that this ownership team has managed to operate this way for so many years without intervention from DQ corporate. If you're the owner reading this, I suggest you take a trip to the Dairy Queen at Aloha-Farmington Mall and see how a Dairy Queen should be run. If you can’t improve the situation, perhaps it’s time to consider selling the business.
This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Consistently bad and slow service. The only reason why we keep coming back is because there are no other ice cream places in Canby. Also it's filthy inside the kitchen, how can this place still be open!?
After getting home with our order, we discovered we were missing 1 large fry and a cheeseburger. Even with the receipt, Caden told us we would have to pay to replace the food, and he personally packed the order so he knew it was all there. We were toldto call back later to talk to his boss, but we?re not given a time. After being told we were lying about the two missing items,we are not sure speaking with the boss will accomplish much. This Dairy Queen is slow and costumer service has remained terriblefor years.
