Song Canteen - Canberra

We dined in at this unassuming restaurant in Petrie Plaza, with a few tables available both inside and outside. Our $8 meal deal included a generous portion of 2 dishes served with Jasmine rice, which was a pleasant surprise during our quick visit to downtown Canberra.

I paid $10 for two dishes and a drink at this restaurant! I ordered the green chicken curry and spicy chicken with ginger. Both dishes were spicy with a good amount of protein and vegetables. I needed the drink to cool down the heat, which is always a good sign.

I've eaten here 3 times now and I have not been disappointed. The food is beautiful and very affordable. All of the staff are very friendly and happy to help. I couldn't recommend this little hideaway more!!!

The food and staff are amazing. Food is cheap and so tasty. And they have a selection to for everyone to enjoy????

ふらっと立ち寄っただけでしたが、予想以上のクオリティと量でした！8ドルでこのクオリティはとてもお得です♡お腹いっぱいになりました！ very very tasty!!!! and the price is reasonable! only $8 for 2 choices of curry with rice! they also have stir fry and choices for vegetarian/vegan, hot/not hot dishes. it's definitely enough for one person to get full!
