Pizza Gusto - Canberra

We came here on a Friday night for dinner. It didnt look super busy but when we ordered were told it was a 45min wait. After 45-50min I asked if our Pizza's were ready, I was told another 10-15min.The pizza was really good, but I was starving at that point.

Excellent pizza and staff, conveniently located near a bottle shop with excellent outside seating... perfect summer night to have there, and takeaway in winter!

We all enjoyed the thin based wood-fired pizzas immensely. Oozing with flavour. Didn't feel bloated afterwards as you do with some of the pizza chains. We visited on a very cold sunday night, and the tables inside were all full - tables available outside, but we decided to take our pizzas away.

This is a takeaway pizza Shop that has a few tables and is next to a bottle Shop. No wait staff no table service. Just great pizza. No fuss no fanfair. Good wood fire pizza. We descended here on Friday night a bit after 8pm. We were a group of 12. Im not sure exactly how many pizzas we ordered but universally we agreed that they were fantastic. We waited about 15 minutes for our pizzas. Very good considering that they were busy.Some of our group grabbed some wine from the bottle Shop and a couple of disposable cups. This is as much fun as you make it.If you're looking for a restaurant experience then you're on the wrong place. If you want good pizza well now you know where to go.

We're new to Canberra and went in search of a good pub and takeaway pizza within walking distance of our apartment. We Found this gem in Lonsdale street and while we were waiting on our takeaway they had no trouble with us grabbing a table and drinking a beer we had bought from the bottle shop next door. We had 2 half in half pizzas, which allowed us to try 4 different pizzas, the patate, funghi, affetato, arrabiatta.Crust was thin n crispy and toppings delicious .. Especially the potato n Rosemary. We also had enough for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back for the food and the friendly service
