You wait in a queue to come in, you wait in a queue to get a drink, you wait in a queue to pay too much for it and then you can't get out of the queue there's nowhere else to stand. If I go back to Canberra, I'd rather sit in the Haig Park in the dark.

Felt like a hidden secret. Popped in not know what to expect, personable chatty staff, good knowledge and happy to make a fab recommendation! Cheap cocktail while we visited what was great. People who know their craft, thumbs. Good background music, followed by a DJ.

This restaurant in Braddon served me the best meal I have had. The Eggs Benedict were exactly what I needed when I left at 4 a.m. The quality of the Hollandaise sauce was exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

We stopped by this nightclub on our way back to Avenue Hotel. We spent two hours dancing non-stop, although I had to keep a close eye on my wine glass as the waitstaff kept trying to take it away.
