Hidden gem at the Deakin shops. The best service I've ever experienced anywhere in the world. Coffee and food is great as well.

Discovered this little cafe in Deakin Shops following an invite from a friend. On a sunny early winter day we just walked in and had a most enjoyable lunch on one to the outside seats. The place was busy, and going aside to order I...could see why. On display was a mouth-watering array of food and snacks as well a vast menu board that would take quite a while to fully take in. We had some yummy pre-made sandwiches, cakes and excellent Lattes. I will be back, and if you don't know if this place and are in the area or feel like a treat, then don't hesitate. If you can't find something you like here, then there is no hope for you.

And at this time if year you can't go past their fruit mince tarts! Consistently great cake selection, best sandwiches in town . Delicious sausage rolls... pies....quiches...pretzels. all made on the premises. Coffee fabulous. Great freshly made juices to order. Oh....and did I mention the...friendly staff. Very relaxed. They even make their own gluten free turkish rolls! Yum.

So simple. So rare to find. A truly delicious old fashioned chicken sandwich requires poached chicken, home made mayonnaise and the crunch of celery and green leaves. My sandwich today had all this in quality whole grain bread . It was scrumptious..
